Returns, exchanges and cancellations

After receiving your package, please be sure to check the product itself to make sure it matches your order.
Please keep all accessories, demerit tags, product tags, warranty cards, bags, boxes, etc. until you have checked the condition of the product.
We only accept returns and exchanges if the product is damaged or defective, or if the product was sent in error, such as an item you did not recognize.
In that case, please contact us at store@ash-winder.com within 7 days of receiving the product, stating your order number and user name.

  • Please note that the returned item must be new and unused. Please include the product tag and packaging. Please do not remove the product tag from the product and send it in the same condition as when it was shipped from our company.
  • The final decision regarding returns and exchanges is ours.
  • Please note that if we are unable to provide a replacement product due to the item being sold out, discontinued, or limited edition, we may accept the item as a return.
  • In the event of a defective product (damaged or damaged product, or a product different from the one you ordered, etc.), please email us with a photo of the defective part.
  • If you receive a product that is different from your order, please let us know the details so we can check for incorrect delivery or specification changes.

If we are unable to deliver the product after it has been shipped due to absence or an unknown address, we will notify you by email.
If the storage period of the delivery company ends without a reply after sending the email, and there is no contact from us for three days, you will be responsible for the shipping fee, 1,000 yen administrative fee, and 30% of the product price. Please note that if you do not receive the email, we will assume that it is due to your own convenience.
If we are unable to contact you, we may refuse to accept your future orders. Please be sure to collect any products you have ordered.

Regarding shipping fees for returns/exchanges

In the following cases, all shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by our store.

  • If you receive a product that is different from the one listed in your order

Refund Policy
  • Except for defective or faulty products, shipping fees and bank transfer fees incurred when returning or exchanging products will be borne by the customer.
