About Shipping
After payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 5 business days, excluding weekends, national holidays, summer holidays, and New Year's holidays.
- You cannot specify the delivery company.
- Unfortunately, we cannot specify a delivery date and time. We will deliver the product as soon as it is ready.
- Please note that there may be delays in delivery during sales periods, holidays (summer, Golden Week, New Year's holidays, etc.), and due to weather conditions.
*We do not accept gifts.
*Product shipping is only available within Japan, with some exceptions.
*Depending on the inventory situation, your order may be shipped in two separate packages.

Payment Method
We accept credit card payments (VISA / American Express / Master Card), shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
*Please note that you may not be able to use this service depending on the screening process of our store and each payment institution.
*Depending on the card company's closing date, billing may take 1 to 2 months.
*Closing dates and withdrawal dates vary depending on the contract between you and your credit card company, so please contact your card company directly for details.
Returns/Exchanges
After receiving your package, please check the product itself to make sure it matches your order.
Please keep all accessories, demerit tags, product tags, warranty cards, bags, boxes, etc. until you have checked the condition of the product. Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective, or if the product was sent by mistake, such as receiving a product you do not recognize. In that case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, stating your order number and user name.
- Please note that the returned item must be new and unused. Please include the product tag and packaging. Please do not remove the product tag from the product and send it in the same condition as when it was shipped from our company.
- We reserve the right to make the final decision regarding returns and exchanges.
- Please note that if we are unable to provide an exchange product due to the item being sold out, discontinued, or limited edition, we may have to accept the item as a return.
- If you receive a defective product (such as a damaged or soiled product, or a product different from the one you ordered), please send us an email with a photo of the defective part attached.
- If you receive a product that is different from your order, please let us know the details so we can check for a mistaken delivery or a change in specifications.
If the product cannot be delivered after it has been shipped due to absence, unknown address, etc., we will notify you by email. If the delivery company's storage period ends without a reply after the email is sent and there is no contact from that point on for three days, you will be required to pay the shipping fee, 1,000 yen administrative fee, and 30% of the product price.
Please note that if you are unable to receive the email, we will assume that this is due to your circumstances.
If we are unable to contact you, we may refuse to accept your future orders. Please be sure to collect any products you have ordered.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Returns/exchanges are only accepted for products within 7 days of delivery.
- Only unopened products (including the condition of the product when it arrived, product tags and packaging) are eligible for the return. Please do not remove the product tags from the product.
- Once the product is returned, we will inspect it and make a final decision regarding returns/exchanges.
- In the case of an exchange, if we have the item in stock, we will send you a new item within 10 days.
- We cannot accept any returns under any circumstances if the product is returned without first informing us of the reason for return and without waiting for a reply from us.
- The final decision regarding returns/exchanges remains with us.
Cases where returns/exchanges are not possible
If the following conditions apply, we may refuse to accept returns or exchanges even if there is a problem with the delivered contents.
- Requests for return or exchange made more than 8 days after receipt of the product
- Products whose purchase history cannot be confirmed at our store
- If you do not return the item to us within 10 days after notifying us of your request for return
- Products that have been used outdoors (including indoor facilities) or have signs of having been worn even once
- Minor damage that cannot be seen with the naked eye, dirt that can be wiped off lightly with a dry cloth
- Products that have been damaged, lost or discarded, or repaired, cleaned, soiled, broken, lost or altered by the customer
- Sale items
- Hats, socks, etc.
Regarding shipping fees for returns/exchanges
In the following cases, all shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be borne by our store.
- If the product you receive is defective (damaged, scratched, dirty)
- If you receive a product that is different from the one listed in your order
If we are unable to secure a replacement item due to reasons such as the item being sold out or no longer available, we may refund the product price and shipping costs.
*Refunds will be made according to the payment method used at the time of ordering.
*Regarding credit card refunds, depending on the closing date of your credit card, the amount may be debited once and then refunded the following month or later. For details, please contact your credit card company directly.
Cancelling your order
We do not accept cancellations after a product has been purchased.
We do our best to manage our product inventory, but if for unavoidable reasons we are unable to secure the stock of the item you ordered, we may have to cancel your order.
About color
Due to the nature of viewing on a computer or mobile device, the color of the product image may differ slightly from the actual product depending on the viewing environment.
Please note that we cannot address any issues regarding the color of the images as they are a defect on our part.
Please note that even if the products are the same color, there may be slight differences or shades due to unavoidable circumstances such as the production process.
About the material
Due to the production process, there may be seams and slight fraying when the fabric is woven, but this does not affect the quality of the product.
Additionally, other fibers may be blended into the fabric weave.
Notes
Please note that if you make multiple large purchases or if we determine that your order is clearly fraudulent, we may be forced to cancel your order.
